My name is Jason Mann. I have been fishing for over 40 years and I have experience in every form of fishing. I have competed for England in the World Casting Championship in 2003 and fished in every year of "The Thames Fishing Experiment" since 2003, I now captain the Kent team. 

I have serviced my own equipment for many years and I have a great understanding of how each design of reel works. I give a detailed look over every reel and make adjustments to make sure it runs as smoothly as possible. The smoother the reel the further it will let you cast.

The service consists of dismanteling the reel to its individual parts, soaking the parts to remove any build up of salt, reassembling of the reel with lubrication and then adjustments to ensure that it spins freely and winds.
